Admittedly, I'm reading a bit in between your lines here because I'm not sure I full understand what you wrote, so if I misinterpret what you've said then please understand.
If you're suggesting that every discussion about firearms has to be fleshed out down to the capital letters and grammar, then I don't believe that to be the case. However, before such discussions get codified into law, they sure do. Getting to that point it is important to at least attempt to get close with groupings of topics to ease the discussion and reduce unnecessary conflict.
Lastly, if you're suggesting people need to get evaluated by myself in order to get permission to do anything, well, I guess if the price is right then, sure! LOL!
