Christian institutions chafe against the idea that humans can create a thoughtform and animate it.
They interpret biblical text to 'proscribe' some knowledge of this type outright.
Ironically, telling me that something is forbidden knowledge leads me to ask "Do YOU know it?" Which is never a welcome question. The answer self-damns...
If they know the knowledge they are damning... well then why aren't you damned? (and should I take advice from a damned person?)
If they don't know, how can they possibly proscribe it? It's like telling someone to "stop learning"... that can never happen.
I'm starting to think that (in this context) a "soul" isn't a thing... it's an event.
(How's that for "I've been up for 32 hours?"...)
