I feel strongly for the poor victim.
But I have to remind everyone that this is specifically NOT about the COVID vaccine (I only say this because upon finding this thread the first place my head went was to COVID)…
This speaks to a much more pervasive preexisting problem in health care.
Patients have to meet "algorithmic" requirements to receive medical help.
Vaccine reaction trauma is NOT something the establishment wants to talk about - ever. That's because they - for all intents and purposes - have always "coerced" compliance by leveraging 'penalties' for non-compliance. This "Big Brother" attitude was what some popular fiction authors have used as a trope for their stories. Even that story-telling recognizes the problem there... and in response the establishment relies on "virtue messaging" to compel vaccination compliance. It's a nightmare.
This is really sad... partly because the actual front-line of it doesn't really care about "your reasons"... it's a checkbox they have been "ordered" to tick before treatment.
I hope people realize that many our problems in healthcare surface where health care is 'remotely controlled' by insurance/bureaucracy.
