Minneapolis Police Chief says he was not hospitalized. Nobody should be murdered by disobeying a law or fleeing from the law.

You don’t get to stab someone and get to run off.  In fact, there is a liability issue if they go on to stab another person.

Same with the car.  Once the drive choose to ignore lawful commands with weaponizing the vehicle, it became like law enforcement telling you to drop the knife.
