Export controls on quantum computers?
#5
Another entry on the topic... but this one seems "opinion" rather than new information...

From NewScientist: Governments bans on quantum computer exports have no basis in science

The article pretty much summarizes the earlier one... but then segues here....

... So what is going on? There are two possibilities here: either they are wrong, as scientific evidence suggests, and pointless legislation is now being cut and pasted across the world, or they are right and have now alerted their adversaries that this is a number worth paying attention to. Both possibilities seem counterproductive, but without access to the research behind these restrictions, it is impossible to say.

But it seems to be obvious that the 'narrative' is a bit lacking there...

First. there are more than 'two' possibilities, and second, the "as scientific evidence" phrase reeks of disingenuousness.
(Scientific evidence can't be 'provided' by a "modelling" process.  "Modelling," by it's very definition is NOT reality.  Only a collection of 'could be' and 'should happen.')

But, to topic:
  • Regulatory and Policy constructs ARE being 'copied and pasted' from globalist establishment sources into national governments (like ours.)  That ALONE should be a story. What that represents is more than "just normal governance."
  • Promoting the idea that this is is about "adversaries" is a choice of 'narrative' element... I propose it could just as well be about "competition" and exactly who is going to orchestrate "cornering/controlling the market."
  • As quantum computer technologies become increasingly industrialized, it will bring with it, the ability to counterfeit "virtual currencies" and other "real time" games for fun and profit.  As usual with the human world, the danger isn't the "tech;" it's the people who will use it - and to what purpose.
I think this might be a scramble to "get there" first thing.  (Who knows, maybe the banking cabal's interests are behind it?  Maybe the 'copy/paste' regulations are a 'directive' received from the master class.  Maybe they have already plotted this development out to their specifications. They tried inciting 'fear' of AI and got nowhere except in the socially driven politician class.  They tried the usual higher education chokehold on research, but it didn't take.  Now they are placing handles for economic controls... I wonder how that can work, outside of a monopoly organization within the construct?)

Oh well.... I suppose the revelations will be disseminated in some manner akin to how journalists are fed the stories.
