I made a post 30 minutes or so ago and it said "I see you" in thick white letters on all black background after I clicked "post reply" button.

it didn’t come back to thread and show my post, like it usually does. I thought maybe some weird glitch and it would show later….

um… mods? Wtf?
Aren’t you a self professed Boomer?  Lol

The same thing happened to me, not in this thread though.

I had posted a rhyme and it got all messed up when I tried to paste it. It added all that alignment sort of stuff. I tried to fix that but gave up and removed it.
The next day I thought I'll try again and not use the paste but just type it in. I got the same result as you.
I think it was because I replied to the same post twice or some such.
I made a new post with the poem but not as a reply and it worked.

It kind of weirded me out lol.

*Can someone please post the pic in this thread!

Vote Trump you get Kennedy focusing on Health, Gabbard helping with Military, Musk cutting government with Department Of Government Efficiency… but wait there’s more!

Now we get Ron Paul helping Elon!

Has anyone seen a Republican down 3 in Iowa in recent times?

Quote:The poll shows that women — particularly those who are older or who are politically independent — are driving the late shift toward Harris.

Must be another explanation.

Quote:Instead, it’s all in line with a race that’s really and truly close to 50/50.

I feel this presidential election is going to be like if 2000 and 2020 had a baby... that certain states mandated be carried to full term even though it has trisomy.

Too early to pop the champagne and celebrate a coming government downsize.

I agree. But pollsters are trash and most usually over 3 to 7 points over representing Democrat.

Then there is this:
Quote:Wow. Right after Selzer says Harris is winning Iowa, Atlas Intel has Trump winning every swing state… The most accurate pollster in 2020.

AZ - Trump +6
NC - Trump +3
GA - Trump +2
NV - Trump +5
PA - Trump +2
MI - Trump +2
WI - Trump +1

So I don’t trust any of it.

I do know those currently in control of Democrats are batt shit crazy authoritarians and we are screwed if they continue to be declared winners in elections.

I think and hope Trump will follow through with his concessions he’s made courting Libertarians.

If he gets our tiny percentage it might be enough to push him over the edge to victory.

Right now D and R are tied in % of registered voters. Either cheating or the independent vote will decide this election.

I think I would find more porn sites with that search than porn replies to an Elon Tweet.

it would be close though.

BULL[SNIP]

I won’t be sympathetic for your tears Tuesday. Not that the election will be certified then, anyways. Expect, 2-3 month of absolute BULLSHITTERY. I’ve just got off the phone with my kids prepping them for it. 21 and 20. And I couldn’t be a prouder father. They voted early and voted for SANITY — TRUMP!!!!!!

Naw, there won't be tears.

I'm just genuinely cautioning there is a chance... I go by the poll average at 270 to win. And that has Harris up in WI, MI, and tied in PA. But they could all be overselling the democrats again..

I think Trump Takes PA and wins, so don't expect shock.

My actual prediction:

It's easier if you know it's going to happen ahead of time. I'm just gonna have fun with losing. It can be fun if you do things like reference a children's books with flying Trump frogs.

And then you can even feel better by saying, "Well, at least I won't have to hear about a stolen election for 4 years this time."

I'm not expecting anything immediately. Depending on how close PA and maybe WI are, they'll do the 2000 Florida thing for a few months. Especially if PA alone swings it.

As far as Trump as the next president goes, I'll cross that bridge when he starts doing things that bug me. That's more than just winning. That will probably come fairly quickly after Jan 20th.

It's not like getting angry changes the outcome once done and counted. It's best to sublimate any negative feelings of America's choice into doubt-laden sarcasm and general "showmeism."

Or you could just sit back and enjoy the wonderful pageantry and expressionism of it all! So many kind loving people holding their most precious ideals high! Such beautiful emotion and drama! No need for sarcasm.
