I don't see a meltdown, I see giving it back in equal force. Unfortunately for DI this is not a good thing.

The officers were in the process of arresting her.    She tried to run one of them over as she tried to flee arrest after a full day of lawbreaking on her part.   It's her own fault she's dead.    DARWIN AWARD.

From your video.  Where is the officer circled standing at in relationship to the SUV




The office to me looks like he fired into the windshield, then the smoke from the weapon kept rolling by as the car turned to the side and went past him.


When agents are surrounding your car, telling you to get out, with an officer in front of your car drawn on you, you don’t accelerate with malice and intent.

The video shows him shooting the windshield and following through when she "drove" off. That is nothing new to anyone who does this for a living 

You clearly have no concept of threat elimination, it shows.

You are taught, when you have to resort to using your sidearm, you do not stop shooting until your threat is eliminated. Same thing goes for a self defense shooting.
