Water (1984) - BeTheGoddess - 02-12-2024

I loved this as a kid, but watching it as an adult it has a bit more depth.

Basic plot is that the UK government wants to close down a whole Caribbean island.

It should give you a good lauvh if not seen it

One of the extras was a journalist making a TV documentary (openly, with permission) about the experience. I saw the dcumentary before I saw the film. We saw a rehearsal of a beach scene ("Vive le dollar!"); the director complaining that it was a little ragged the first time round.
