Y'all, we're trying really hard to stay out of the conspiracy space, but some people aren't making it easy. This actually happened to a distribution site we supplied in WNC. Make it make sense please. #CajunNavy

Specultion is by keeping the infrastructure crippled it will prevent the ability to vote in this notoriously  Red state.

I wondered when the "voter suppression" idea would get traction.

It is inevitable now... once anyone pops the cork on that bottle of drama, the noise will serve many distraction purposes... from serving to create a lack of confidence in some, to create an air of paranoia in anyone who even mentions it.

The point here is, if we don't watch this closely... someone WILL take "political" advantage of the situation.. and they'll prioritize THAT over actually helping victims... as well even exploiting the victims for virtue signaling and political gain... who says evil doesn't exist?

No UFO’s, but everyone having a phone with a video camera is capturing INTERESTING THINGS.like government helicopters hovering over and destroying donation centers and sending 3 to the hospital according to Some who videoed it happening.

More video

even More video and info

video of people and supplies Blown off and down hill by the helicopter

So over on another thread 727Sky posted this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_giuUApXK8 and content aside, one thing I like to do is sort the comments "newest first" and get a feel for what's being shown there.  And... well... it just seemed so "turfy".  Fake.  And yes, that's nothing new for YouTube haha, but it really seems like someone's unleashed a swarm. And someone big, platform-big. Here, let me just check again.... yes, three thousand "hot-takes" now for a video four hours old. "October Surprise", "voter suppression", etc, etc. More by the minute. All the shallow-take pitchfork-bait you can think of. Check it out; see what you think.

I'm not saying all these comments are fake. Aw, hell -- maybe I am. Oh there's probably some real ones there, but it sure seems YouTube's switch got flipped from "bury&hide" to "formica&foment".  So yeah I think you're dead on right that someone's political machine has decided to come out and play.

36 new comments in the time it took to write that last paragraph.

edit to add: oh and i gotta throw in something meta here that isn't it interesting the parallels between the kind of opinion-modifiying color-revolution tech developed in the hearts&minds campaign: find the point to create mass movement of social forces, the critical junctures and give just the right push, spam just the right messaging, to tip the boulder to roll down the hill, to create a political movement, outrage, change -- isn't it odd how that parallels the "weather control" tech idea? moving the "hurricane" of public outrage, steer "the storm" where you want it... strange how these things work... "they have to do it openly..." heck, i bet with the right modeling the algos would even be the same...

This was a great video, and person to follow if you want the weather and not the hype.

While this video was from yesterday (October 6th) the important bit is where he warns the viewers about the hype-scam taking place and being rewarded by YouTube.

Quoted from the video transcript:
Quote:And before we dive too deep into  that I do want to put out a little bit of a PSA.
1:14  The internet is crazy right now man especially  over on TikTok and Twitter or X. Just kind of
1:19   hold on to this thought, okay? As you're browsing  social media, as you're looking at videos and
1:25   stuff, anytime you see a post that makes you feel  something, anytime you read something or watch
1:31   something that makes you feel scared especially  or fearful, just know that the person who made
1:37   that piece of content stands to greatly benefit  financially based off of how scared you are.
1:43   So the more anxiety they can provoke from you,  the more scared they can make you, the more you
1:49   keep coming back and keep scrolling, the more  everybody stands to gain in this situation.
1:55   The vast majority of people who are posting  weather information online right now are not
1:59   driven by trying to inform you or trying to  keep you safe. They're driven by money. And
2:05   this is a common thing, right? You know, the  weather channel is obviously driven by money,
2:12   but this is a unique situation where literally  anybody who knows nothing about anything can pick
2:17   up their phone, make a TikTok, say some nonsense  and have it go viral and it scares you you know
2:23   and I feel so sorry for all the people in Florida  right now who are probably getting bombarded
2:30   by several different sources of information and  it probably feels impossible right now to truly
2:35   understand what's going to happen we don't need to  be scared we should rather be prepared as this is
2:41   going to be a big storm and it's gonna have some  pretty widespread and significant impacts over
2:46   here in Florida and potentially even other parts  of the southeastern United States and the center
2:51   path here from the official forecast is really a  worst case scenario.

I wonder if he got an inside note about this fear brewing from YouTube about pushing more "Fear Mongering" over the hurricane videos. It's sad how companies are trying to exploit others during a situation like this.

This one has my admiration... he earned it by openly acknowledging that people are being target-marketed for monetized fear videos...  It's encouraging to me that people are starting to get this message delivered to them from sincere content providers...  Not just another person trying to make us afraid for 'like and subscribe.'

You Tube, TikTok, Facebook... it's in the algorithms... caveat emptor my friends!
