Yup, and later on he gets distracted by the same girl and drives off the road - talk about distracted driving!! And that was the clip that made the trailer for the movie.
That was probably around the same time that the girl played by Christie Brinkley married Billy Joel.

It was from 'The Time Bandits' if you can get hold of a copy (1981).
One of the best British films ever made.
