I can’t speak to ATS as I was never a member, just a longtime lurker, but I don’t have a problem with you being supportive of Israel, any more than I have a problem with someone supporting anything that he or she is passionate about.
Except baked brown beans and corn in chili. That gets the wind up my nose and is a hill to die on.

LOL I get it DB I had a 5 paragraph response types and ready and when I went to post brrrp the thread was gone.
It is what it is... I'd suggest trying Discord it's a bit of the Wild West but you can atleast discuss said topic with both sides of this issue. Moderation is still there but there is enough leeway for intelligent discourse sometimes.

This sounds like more of an issue with ATS. I myself am a supporter of Israel, and without speaking for others, I'm pretty sure most of our staff here is on that same page. Still, it doesn't make me respect anyone any less just because I may disagree with their opinion. As long as discussions don't become anti-Semitic in nature. That I won't stand for.
I'd suggest you send DTOM a PM as suggested to discuss the matter further. I'm sure it can all be worked out.
