Like the format, like pretty much everything…except that I have to add capitals after a full stop  Sad
well done to the creator and all aboard
Nice to see familiar faces or at least familiar names
Great site, nice to be a part of this place RM

Though I do like the political discussion, nice not to see it everywhere all at once

I agree the political and war subjects can get overwhelming and heated. Although we seem to be heading down that religion debate road...one of the three subjects which is not polite to discuss in mixed company.  (So they say)

Think as long as we are aware of our faults, not think we are above error or our beliefs are superior, religion is mostly ok
as a Protestant, very aware the failures and faults of the church, those that went before me and aware that I will have my own
its only when we start thinking in pride and arrogance we have issues
not the discussion as opposed to the discussers who make the debate a little heated/difficult in my opinion

Oh I'd have to disagree with you there, in my experience just questioning the blind or otherwise accepted faith brought anger and a kind of warning of being ousted that I still see even on sites such as this one.

Welcome Creaky!

It's great you've arrived, and I hope we meet on the board soon.

With your help we can redefine the whole trope of "politics/religion" boogeyman notion.

Dispassion has value.

Kia Ora and I welcome a Trans Tasman presence around the boards. I share your sentiment concerning political topics, for not every topic warrants partisan debate.

Welcome.
It is really nice to see so many familiar names and faces.

And it is rather appealing to have a civil exchange of ideas.
It's a joy to login here  Wink
