Age related changes are weird.  I've bumped up my exercise but notice that my stamina needs a LOT of work.

Are the changes in line with what you expect as we age....ie gradual??   Of sudden onset?

I have some changes to my system that do not align with gradual aging.
And a few "symptoms" off and on since covid.

In the unjabbed, couldn't the nanotech be from the manufactured virus?

I don't think so. Probably air, food, water, shedding, injections and the vaccines themselves.

It started fairly slowly,  mostly because I'm very sedentary.   My personal trainer started me exercising at just the very edge of my strength and stamina.  Although I'm a candidate for all those Un-Fun knee procedures (shots in the knee, replacement), between the exercises and weight loss (using a nutritionist), I can now walk without a cane and even jog a tiny bit.   At this point (age 77) I'm in better shape and have more energy and feel better than I did four years ago.

My heart arrythmia (v-fib -- "ventricular fibrillation) is under control and my heart ejection function is excellent.  My balance is much better and I can quickly get off the ground if I fall (which I did last year, while climbing around on a volcano in Costa Rica.)

So... normal or even reduced pace of aging for me.   My friends on Facebook are sometimes a bit horrified by the things I get into at my age (ice skating.... a bunch of them were weirded out by that!)
