Lets put immigration issues to rest

Less hospitality industry will be needed.

From Wikipedia: (and yes California allows food stamps for fast food:)

It can't automatically be assumed that the state is supporting the illegals but they may be displacing other workers into poverty.

Why import more fast food workers so they could serve one another on stamps?

Do you lobby for the fast food industry?  Do you hold stock in the fast food industry?

I worked at a bar/restaurant that was always severely understaffed in its kitchen with the house at capacity...

And my tips go down when it takes the overworked kitchen forever to complete orders, as hard as they are trying to keep up. People get angry. I have to deal with them.

Really, I just wanted to say something to be pro multicultural kitchen staff, which is a stereotype, but happy CA restaurants laregly have kitchens full of Spanish.

So it was an opportunity to reinforce i think undocumented migrants have benefits that far outweigh their detriment.

Deport them all.

Yeah, Native North American (and Hawaiian) tribesmen only!

Deport Europeans! Deport African Americans! Deport Asians! Deport them all. Everyone that isn't one of the first people.

(Perhaps some of them could even have special 'reservations', poor things?)

Am speaking from a UK standpoint but I think the vast majority of people do not have a problem with legal immigration.

When it comes to 'illegal immigration' then I guess the clue is in the descriptor.

Did you ever catch this short presentation?

Pretty thought provoking stuff.

That already exists.
And it works in AMERICAS interest.
What is best for illegals is irrelevant.
And the Democrats, like always, think they are above the law and don't want to follow it.
DEPORT ALL ILLEGALS.  PERIOD.
Make them follow the law.
The laws that exist are just fine.

Not sure how anyone would know but it needs to be prior to 2020 when Biden took office and let in millions.

Edit - The bottom line is.....the Democrats don't want common sense immigration laws.

It is so obvious that whoever was running the Biden reign of destruction invited everyone here to get more votes and guarantee a Democratic win.

I actually do feel bad for the people who really just wanted a better life, not for the criminals.

I’ve always felt that if the immigration process could be sped up and not cost so much, we could solve a lot of problems.

We keep hearing, we don’t have enough people working, people aren’t having babies.  We need workers to keep the system up.  Well then, why the hold up?  I believe a lot of illegal immigrants are exploited for cheaper labor and God knows what else.

The other groups just come to steal, take advantage, wreak havoc and get everything for free.  I’ve personally met both types, and have been told how they scam the ssdi system, and all the other programs that are out there.

Meanwhile the hardworking Americans just sit back and watch the ships in their dreams sail out of sight!

The country will never be able to deport all the illegals, this will be an ongoing work in progress.

You cant continue to let in undocumented illegals at such a high rate, it strains the American infrastructure and finances, we need a low cap on immigrants flexble to conditions but low.

The immigration laws on the books aren’t so bad.
They work if they’re enforced, kinda like right now.
No amnesty.
Stop the birthright citizenship baloney. It was never meant fort what it’s being used for now.
Come in the right way or don’t come, we don’t want nor need you.
No slave labor, the is America.
We’ve abolished slavery, even wage slaves.
If you’re such an upstanding hardworking person then make own country great again, stay out of mine, or come in the legal upstanding way. There is a path.
Most of us are immigrants or from immigrant families, or know an immigrant or three.
They came here legally.
It’s ridiculous that people are being allowed to cut in line and come in before the ones doing it the correct and legal way.
Also, get rid of 99% of the H1B’s.
It’s full of grift and rottenness and has been perverted.

In the UK, the argument is made that we have such a massive labour shortage that we need to bring in workers from outside. This wouldn't be a problem if most of the people showing up in boats illegally on our shores were doctors, nurses, teachers, etc.

On a side note, regardless of your personal feelings, I believe the reason we have such a mass shortage of labour is that from 1990 to the present, there have been approximately 10 million abortions.

Wasn't the UN implicated in that?
