V-280 and HADES get official MDS
#1
The V-280 Valor, which was selected for the Army FLRAA program, has officially been given the MDS of MV-75. The first unit to get them will be the 101st Airborne out of Fort Campbell in Kentucky. The first aircraft will see limited use with Army pilots by 2030, although the Army is trying to have them in service starting in 2028.

The new HADES ISR business jet being developed for the Army has also been given an official MDS of ME-11B. The E-11 is based on the Air Force designation E-11A for their BACN platform, since both of them are based on the Global 6000/6500 airframe. The ME-11B will replace the EO-5, MC-12, and RC-12.

That MV-75 flight range is off the charts...

Always hopeful yet discontent, knows changes aren't permanent
But change is
