Former Rep. Curt Weldon just dropped a bombshell. He says two of the 9/11 hijackers were on the CIA PAYROLL at the time of the attacks. “I’ll repeat that again. There's so much truth to our ineptitude on 9/11.  The San Diego FBI field office was being played by a Saudi Double Agent (informant) that financially helped two of the hijackers with housing when they were here.

At very least it is acknowledged he was an FBI informant that called in on 9/11 to act shocked.

There were at least two on the FBI payroll by proxy. I think answers depend how you ask The AI.
