World affecting cyber attacks are happening all the time.

Just about every cyber-attack we have seen has affected the world.

The Internet doesn't really have border boundaries.

The WEF is late to the game of cyber-defence.

Also, the WEF wasn't even an organization involved in potentially 'engineering' the virus. The alleged "gain of function", if there had been any such work, would have been American researchers in cooperation with, and in control of, the Chinese labs. The WEF only called the possibility before it occurred in 2019 (pandemics had happened before, going back through history).

Hollywood also made lots of movies with the same theme. Are you going to blame them for the Pandemic, too:
