Here Dr. Diana Walsh Pasulka highlights some cases where the narrative was changed to be angels from 3 foot tall beings and light beings and other things. She also talks about visiting a crash retrieval site. Bilocation also comes up and levitation.
Levitation is interesting to me, there seems to be a variation. What I could gather from the catholic accounts is that the people are comatose during the episode and it can last for hours. There are accounts of bystanders pushing the floating person around and them hitting trees and other silly things. The person loses memory and it's involuntary, or whatever they remember is twisted and hidden is probably more like it.
