Vampire: the Masquerade Bloodlines II
#1
I grew up on the Vampire the Masquerade tabletop rpg.

After watching Underworld starring Scott Speedman (like a S'got Speed, man under the breath) and learning human blood has adrenaline in it, I once considered the possibility some form of vampirism might actually exist. People take adrenaline to get high, after all. However, a little research confirmed that it isn't orally active.

The first VtM Bloodlines game didn't work on my computer. I thought it was just too old of a device to handle the game, but then years later discovered everyone needed a patch to actually play the game. Not just me. Instead of re-purchasing, I watched a playthrough. It looked like a lot of fun but I was mainly only interested in the story.

I heard the second edition of the game, despite a very long delay, was mostly a dud. Ok, some redeeming qualities. Just not a role playing game and nothing like the original, and mostly blah.

Anyone actually play it and enjoy?

Loved the first one on PC, think it was out in the early 2000s.

I've got "Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines II" sitting on my desktop, only had it one once through, it's a lot less RPG than the first iteration.

Arguably, the second does not do the first title justice.
