Ukraine is also Fighting Russia in Syria
#1
Quote:Ukraine released footage of their special forces battling Russian troops inside Syria. This happened in the Golan Heights. Ukraine hit Russian checkpoints, ammunition storage depots, and logistics convoys. Then Russian foot Patrols were ambushed with small arms fire. But How did Ukraine's Khimik team insert into Syria nearly 1,000 miles away? and why are they diverting forces to a seemingly unrelated battle? The fight is also spilling over into Sudan as of last year. What does it mean for all these conflicts starting to bump up against each other?

The war in Ukraine is tipping in Russia's favour, and that is unsurprising. Russia's personnel and industrial output advantages were vital in winning the race to break the deadlocked Ukrainian frontlines.

Moreover, there is a straightforward reason for Ukraine to display an interest in Russia's presence in Sudan and Syria. Ukraine's goal is to tie down increasing numbers of Russian troops away in global hotspots. Every Russian soldier not deployed or connected to the war in Ukraine is one less bullet required to defend Ukraine.
