Well, if we follow the science, there goes Christianity, same with colour and race. 

The world is so much more complicated than the simplistic left vs right ideology people assume to be the only colour of the day flyers.

All the polarisation and misplaced blame serve to achieve is to keep people divided and at one another's throats.
