I am thinking, in some of these cases, is it the watch or the people who are affected? Imagine, if you will, that rather than the watches being stopped, the consciousness perceiving them was somehow sped up or moved into a different timeframe. What would that do to you? Well, external processes, like car engines running, clocks ticking, etc., would appear to slow down or halt. Lights would dim or seem to go dark. You might feel paralyzed, if your body's nervous system suddenly seemed to be running 100x slower than your awareness. And there would be little to no evidence when things returned to normal.
Now some of these accounts don't match that, with evidence of residual magnetic effects, burnt out car parts, etc., but it's interesting to think about.
When you have half a dozen different physical situations around the major aspect, there should be little doubt about the basic event and little need to venture waaay out there to explain the whole situation away.
Total denial about the reality of UFOs is all I've ever heard in my life from science and government.
Strange is it not, how they are reporting as evidence the exact same type of proofs that the unwary witnesses obtained over the decades and may still suffer from? Yet still missing are the terrifying side of the ordeal that the witness sometimes went through. Government and science are not ready to utter a word about that aspects and probably never will since the "capture and study" aspect of the UFO invasion may be over.
The CIA's MK-Ultra was nothing more than an in-house study of trying to determine how the ETs did those impossible things to people's head. Forget the failure of electrical devices.
