Now that's 'meta'.  It's actually not an episode of the X-Files by the way , as an uber x-phile, it is actually an episode from the Lone Gunmen.  
I used to think the show was kind of bad, but now that I am older and see the lack of writing skill in a lot of new shows, I have to rewatch it....

I remember that episode. It gave me chills. I believe they only showed that particular episode once. It's kind of eerie, makes you wonder if someone knew something beforehand.
