That was my main point, it's planning and billions of dollars for what?, the military and space military - the meat grinder must grind on?
China uses slave labor which is why their electric cars are so cheap. Go buy a Tesla and support an American workers decent wage.
Half a trillion in A.I. research, hopefully most of that can go towards power generation.
