And Trump is playing a game of opening a new investigation into Epstein's (Democrat only) links because that's the only way he can block release of the files. The only caveat to prevent their release is if they are relevant to an ongoing investigation.
So, as long as there is some official investigation, Trump can prevent the release of the Epstein files. It's cynical, but true.
So they prosecuted Ghislaine without one scintilla of evidence implicating Trump, wouldn't they have leaked before and certainly after her trial?

It would be nice if our courts chimed in about the legal ramifications.
Does releasing the evidence make it easier or harder to prosecute?

Now what you ask?
If the theory goes that the Epstein files contain names that will doom our political establishment(both republicans and democrats), what's the theory for the unanimous passage of the "release the files" vote in the Senate and the near-unanimous passage in the House?
IF both parties are presumptively complicit and both are now pushing for release, what does that mean?
It means when the files don't contain what people want them to, the claim will become "well of course they were willing to release them, they covered up and took out the damning stuff".
So by definition, anything released will of course be deemed incomplete because obviously they would never release the damning stuff and that's why it doesn't say what we want it to say.
This is just another hoax to continue to slime Trump.

Not a pedophile this time through.
Just a murderer responsible for chopping up journalists.
He keeps such good company.

Maxwells appeal against her conviction was dropped on 6 October, 2025 - 5 days after the US Federal government was shut down.
Anyway, Donald Trump was mentioned at Ghislaine Maxwell's trial.
However, while Maxwell's appeal was on-going, the details of her case and the linked Epstein case, remained subjudice.
The US Government left its recent shudown 8 days ago, and less than a week later, a tranche of 20,000 Epstein estate related documents were released.
The timeline is pretty damn simple! Do you think it amounts to delay?
The client list was allegedly on Pam Bondi's desk in February this year, and, according to Trump, a President can declassify a document even by just thinking about it. Yet he, the President at the time, hasn't declassified the Epstein stuff, and has instead said that it all is a hoax! That is more like 'delay', isn't it?
However, in previous years there have been numerous releases of documents, photos, and court materials, that link Donald Trump specifically to Jeffery Epstein's and Ghislaine Maxwell's activities.
Relationship of Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein - Wikipedia
MAGA have always made excuses for Trump and have denied the existing evidence and testimony, but now these incriminating details are just mounting up - and the volume of them can no longer be denied.
Additionally, Maxwell has also always maintained that Epstein didn't do anything wrong, either. Of course, an admission that Donald Trump and Jeffery Epstein co-operated with her to interfere with, and traffic, underage girls, would undermine Maxwell's claims of innocence, wouldn't it?

I know this is about Jeff and Donny. But I am galled at the “lack of media interest” in Epstein’s #2, Maxwell. And her family. And that family’s ties to education, propaganda, and a certain clandestine organization that defends a certain country by means of “Wage war through Deception”.
its incredible how much no one wants to look at the lady that got a nice transfer after being charged for trafifficking to no one. Pretty incredible. Like being a convicted murderer without having killed anyone. Just, I mean, wow.
It’s neat how Nikki Glazer was able to give such a disgusting SNL monologue and not mention Ghislaine nor her association to Epstein almost by design.

Bondi reopened the investigation siting “new information” has come to light. The bill passed, but she still gets to decide what gets released. It is theater, you’re right on that, but I think we disagree as to why.
Mike Johnson said this was a national security issue and cited we needed to be careful what comes out to protect intelligence.
The government (not just this admin) has been flip flopping on this for years.
But we’re suddenly supposed to trust the government, who has never gone after elites tied to the Panama papers, elected officials insider trading, both parties dragging by us into Iraq, or a bunch of corrupt deals with oligarchs by politicians.
Nothing to see here. The government has always been just as hard on elites as plebs. They know what’s best for us and we should just trust them at their word. We’d be idiots to think otherwise.
Even though there’s plenty of evidence for us to at the very least to be skeptical. But suddenly there is a higher degree for justification now on this singular issue. Many partisans have gone around for years spouting their theories as a matter of fact, but now we have to be hyper rigid about skepticism because we should trust the government.
Checks out.

For truth-seeking, wait for the DOJ's December dump; it could expose more elites across parties.
If new docs change this, they'll speak for themselves.
Ive been waiting for Trump's conviction since the first impeachment hearing, all that quasi-stuck was E. Carroll's accusations... thats it, yet how many times have the Democrats portrayed damning evidence in less than solid cases being filed that had no merit.
Ive expected Trump to be caught in some malfeasance by now, and once there's REAL evidence,
Im for an indictment, trial, and conviction if it's deemed to be just by a 12-person jury
So pardon my skepticism, when the Democrats track record on producing records of Trump's malfeasance is so poor.
Why are you listening to anything Ghislaine or Epstein said? They can not be trusted
Epstein said
Quote:Fact Check
Epstein email said Trump was a bad person: 'Not one decent cell in his body'In the 2017 email released by the House Oversight Committee, Jeffrey Epstein wrote, "'i have met some very bad people' none as bad as trump."
And this is in a thread about Trump and Epstein being best buddies, which is it?
If you have evidence on Trump, produce it, indict him, try him, convict him, Im for that 100% and let the country move on.
INSTEAD, the Democrats will slow-play it through the midterms.
It's the only ammunition left that could damage Trump, the Epstein files, and it's not the files themselves, but just the suspicion of Trump's guilt hidden in the redactions
Bill is signed, looking forward to seeing the evidence...
Im fine with President Vance,
This is where Democrats will say Trump is redacting files, scrubbing files, and recreating as if Democrats or a hostile FBI Director never controlled the files, and they were clean and pristine before.
We don't know, but we do know Epstein was convicted under Trump's administration. If Epstein had damaging evidence, why not use it against Trump to taint his indictment and conviction
Quote:
1. Maxwell's Appeal and the Government Shutdown Timeline- Claim: Maxwell "dropped" her appeal on October 6, 2025—5 days after the federal government shutdown began—implying some coordinated timing or influence.
- Facts: The U.S. Supreme Court denied Maxwell's petition for review on October 6, 2025, in a routine procedural decision at the start of its new term. This wasn't Maxwell "dropping" the appeal; it was the Court rejecting it outright, with no explanation provided (standard for denials). The judicial branch operates independently and wasn't impacted by the shutdown, which began October 1, 2025, over funding disputes in Congress. Shutdowns affect executive agencies (e.g., furloughs for non-essential staff), not courts.
- No evidence of delay or manipulation here—the denial aligned with the Court's schedule. Linking it to the shutdown is coincidental and ignores how federal courts function year-round.
2. Epstein Document Release After Shutdown End- Claim: The shutdown ended 8 days ago (November 12), and "less than a week later," 20,000 Epstein estate documents were released—suggesting a suspicious "delay" in transparency.
- Facts: The shutdown indeed ended on November 12, 2025, when President Trump signed a bipartisan funding bill. That same day, the House Oversight Committee (bipartisan, led by Republicans) released over 20,000 pages from Epstein's estate, including emails and records. This was not delayed; it was expedited post-shutdown, as committee staff could resume full operations.
Separately, on November 19 (yesterday), Trump signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act, a near-unanimous bill (House: 427-1) requiring the DOJ to release all unclassified Epstein files within 30 days, in searchable format. Attorney General Pam Bondi (confirmed earlier this year) must oversee this, and she's already released phases of files (e.g., 200+ pages in February 2025, including flight logs). - The "tranche" wasn't delayed—it dropped immediately after the shutdown lifted. The new bill accelerates full disclosure, countering any delay narrative. If anything, the timeline shows momentum toward transparency, not obstruction.
3. Pam Bondi, the "Client List," and Trump's Declassification Powers- Claim: The "client list" was on Bondi's desk, but Trump (who can declassify by "thinking about it") hasn't acted and calls it a "hoax."
- Facts: Bondi, as AG, has referenced reviewing Epstein materials, including a rumored "client list," since February 2025. No verified "client list" exists in released files—Maxwell herself told the DOJ in a July 2025 interview she's "unaware" of one. Trump has joked about declassification (e.g., 2019 comments on Russia probe files), but executive declassification requires process, not just thought—especially for DOJ-held criminal files.
On the "hoax": Trump initially dismissed some Epstein-related demands as a "Democrat hoax" in early 2025, amid partisan attacks. But he reversed course last week, urging Republicans to vote for the release bill, stating, "We have nothing to hide." He signed it yesterday and directed Bondi to probe Epstein ties to "political foes" (e.g., Democrats like Clinton), showing proactive steps.
No inaction—Trump just greenlit the broadest release yet. The "hoax" label targeted politicized demands, not the files themselves. Bondi's reviews are ongoing, and the bill ensures public access without unilateral declassification risks (e.g., legal challenges).4. "Numerous Releases" Linking Trump to Epstein/Maxwell Crimes- Claim: Past and mounting evidence/testimony "links Donald Trump specifically" to their "criminal activities," undeniable now.
- Facts: Trump and Epstein had a social acquaintance in the 1990s–2000s (e.g., shared Palm Beach circles, one logged flight in 1997). Trump praised Epstein in a 2002 interview but later banned him from Mar-a-Lago around 2007 after Epstein allegedly hit on an underage girl there. Released files (e.g., 2015–2024 court docs, 2025 emails) mention Trump ~20 times, mostly innocuous (e.g., Epstein name-dropping for business).
Recent November 12 emails: Epstein claimed Trump "knew about the girls" and spent time with an alleged victim—unsubstantiated claims from Epstein himself (a proven liar). The White House called it a "smear attempt." No victim testimony implicates Trump in abuse; Virginia Giuffre (key accuser) explicitly said Trump didn't participate. Files also name Clinton (26 flights), Prince Andrew, and academics like Chomsky—broad elite ties, not Trump-specific crimes.
No charges or credible evidence of Trump's involvement in trafficking. DOJ/FBI probes (under multiple admins) found associations but no criminal acts by Trump.- "Links" are social/professional, not criminal—common among 1990s New York elites. "Mounting" evidence is mostly rehashed or Epstein's words, balanced by exonerating details. Denials aren't "excuses"; they're supported by the record. Full 2025 releases will clarify further.
5. Maxwell's Views on Epstein and Implications for Trump- Claim: Maxwell "always maintained Epstein didn't do anything wrong," and admitting Trump-Epstein-Maxwell "cooperation" to traffic girls would undermine her innocence.
- Facts: Maxwell has never publicly said Epstein was innocent post-2019; she was convicted in 2021 on trafficking charges tied to him and maintains her own innocence (e.g., via appeals, family statements). In her July 2025 DOJ interview, she denied knowledge of a client list and distanced herself from specifics, but didn't defend Epstein's actions.
No evidence of "cooperation" with Trump on trafficking—pure speculation. Victims' statements focus on Epstein/Maxwell, not Trump. - This inverts logic—Maxwell's self-defense doesn't hinge on Epstein's guilt (she was his co-conspirator in court). No testimony or docs support Trump involvement, so it doesn't "undermine" anything. It's guilt by association, not proof.
Bottom Line: No Conspiracy, Just Process
The timeline is "simple," but not damning: Shutdowns disrupt bureaucracy, but courts and committees acted swiftly. Trump shifted to full support for releases, countering hoax claims with action. Evidence shows ties, not crimes—speculation fills gaps where facts don't. For truth-seeking, wait for the DOJ's December dump; it could expose more elites across parties. If new docs change this, they'll speak for themselves.

Lack of media interest? Pshaw! Ryan Grim and Murtaza Hussain have an entire five-part series everyone is ignoring:
Part 1: Jeffrey Epstein Helped Broker Israeli Security Agreement With Mongolia
Part 2: Jeffrey Epstein and the Mossad: How The Sex-Trafficker Helped Israel Build a Backchannel to Russia Amid Syrian Civil War
Part 3: Jeffrey Epstein Helped Israel Sell a Surveillance State to Côte d’Ivoire
Part 4: Israeli Spy Stayed for Weeks at a Time With Jeffrey Epstein in Manhattan
Part 5: Jeffrey Epstein Pursued Swiss Rothschild Bank to Finance Israeli Cyberweapons Empire
And it will keep getting ignored, for the very obvious reason that if it become accepted public fact that the elite who not-so-secretly own both political parties have been using and complicit with Israel, our "greatest ally", to corral American political, media, academic, and business figures into their web of power, leveraging paedophilia and all manner of moral degeneracy without limit, then it would unwind decades of Bilderberg lies and collapse the Republic. If such a thing were possible?
