Forbidden Science 9 continues

Important stuff

"I recall Whitley Strieber quoting a study on rats subjected to extreme perils (random electric shocks) whose behavior was positively altered by the experience. Living my first five years in a high stress shooting/bombing war could be a much larger factor in the case of my brain than exposure to a UFO. Nor do I feel comfortable with the claim that UFOs are somehow screening witnesses based on their genome or the nerve bundles in their heads.

Others stuff " allice in wonderland "

"they want to use a scifi framework to show how the future could be reshaped. The strategy is clear enough. The way it will influence the youth of America, less so. Some people even think it’s against the law."

Comes up often, clandestine....something about the king can't be seen with dirty hands, interesting debate for sure

The man was recently retired from the Skunk Works, which had an Open House where Tom was invited to introduce the top executive. He seized the opportunity to pitch an idea for “a project that could help the youth lose their cynical views of the Government and the Department of Defense.”

Nothing to see there

Ron Brinkley has dug up a fascinating old document about MK-Ultra and especially MKOFTEN, a covert project Sidney Gottfried initiated between the Pentagon and the CIA when he headed the Technical Services Branch. According to Gordon Thomas’ book Secrets & Lies (12), the project was designed to “explore the world of black magic” and “harness the forces of darkness and challenge the concept that the inner reaches of the mind are beyond grasp.”

Don't look at that

“The phenomenon has to do with light,” he asserted, citing Ezekiel, the flash seen by St. Paul, and the shining being that Mohammed met in a cave. But does it also have to do with the Dead?

Horrors

“Of such threads do the Gods weave our destinies…” wrote A. Merritt in The Ship of Ishtar.

..
The consciousness information continues to be impossible to get out, perhaps blocked for a reason, higher magic, strange things, who knows the way of such things

the Alchemy referred to was performed
wholly upon the Plane of Matter

They are ignorant of the fact that the Alchemy which attracted the Rosicrucians,
and which took up most of their time and attention,
was Mental Alchemy, and Spiritual Transformation
--something quite different indeed,

discover this fact, and will receive many valuable hints concerning the higher forms of the wisdom teachings, providing he is prepared to read between the lines of the text, and to reason by Analogy.

^Very nice

The first three degrees are what brings a man into young adulthood as a mason, builder or creator. After that, the higher degrees instilled wisdom, courage, insights, mysteries, and peace.  These higher rites are the 1) 4° through 14°-  Lodge of Perfection 2) Parts of 15° through 28° Degrees are the  Council of Holy Knights and Kadosh or Prince of Jerusalem 3)  Parts of Degrees 15° through 28°  are Chapter of the Rose Croix.  Later, in the 1800’s, the new and enhanced list of supplemental or consistory degrees going up to the 32° degree and 33° degree HONORS were being used around the world.

What to say, what not to say, I know another way

Masonry places great emphasis on “character building” and “teaching by allegory” which means bringing people together to give lessons almost in the form of an enacted skit or play to see and feel the actual lesson taught.

Interesting for sure, nothing new really

..

Mediation is going well, no poltergeists, just astral visitors. Much information lost again, this is a problem and being blocked from discussing methods

Is the meaning that we have attached to the truth destructive or constructive or simply based on ego or delusional mind?

Sometimes people are left in delusion for reasons of compassion, a difficult topic to start

Meant to go into space psychology before, this podcast should reveal something interesting perhaps

Day 2

Started the day by reading the "The Rosicrucian Handbook", was delighted that the author was writing about the book of nature, 5 pages later I realized it was the wrong book and opened the "The Rosicrucian Handbook"

Disappointed with Rosicrucian handbook at this point in time, they do not know the subtle arts. nothing is said about psychic abilities, nope it's all doctrine from the get go. 30 pages and a quick glance at the rest of the book and the exercises shows that I don't have to read any more. Best of luck to you fellows, maybe it's secret teachings, who knows the ways of such things

Reading some of the forums posts annoys me as usual, good sauce for energy

Poltergeist activity is back to near instantaneous as it was months ago again while meditating. It's mostly a moot point other than for the subtle difference as visitors are always floating about

Feelings of frustration and hopelessness remains

Really need to make an effort to write about the consciousness stuff

Lot's of juicy info here

Forbidden science 6

They asked about the Rosicrucians. For me, an identification with their tradition is not a creed or a religious statement, but an attitude towards the universe itself—a trust in science and the mind of man equipped with the tools of reason, principles that go back well before the Greeks. (They go back to the Three Kings, in my opinion.) They describe the place of man in space and time, his immersion in the universe, and the powers of his mind to comprehend nature and explore it; its limitations, too, and our many weaknesses.

Before leaving for Paris, I spoke to people who know Tom DeLonge’s To The Stars Academy (TTSA), hoping to catch up. In a sobering phone call, one of them told me his skepticism had deepened: good intentions, but there’s a shadow over the information. “Many of the memes are scary, not based on fact,” my friend says, “or taken from misinterpreted classified writings.” He now suspects there’s an invisible hand, and it may be exposed in time.

Rob Weiss, from the Skunk Works (and advisor to TTSA), has also publicly insisted that there was nothing real to the Nazi tales. As for the Horten brother who built a flying wing, he never achieved credible results. So why the lies? What purpose do they serve?

Suddenly, a storm is swirling around TTSA. Wikileaks has unveiled and published Delonge’s email exchanges with John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s campaign director, even quoting Tom’s offer of a meeting with “his Number One advisor, General McCasland,” a name all of us had agreed to keep confidential.

After the crisis with Delonge’s top advisers was exposed on Wikileaks (AF Major Gen. William N. McCasland, and Rob Weiss), Tom remains active on media including Rolling Stones, and his project is alive again.

The dust settles on the Del Mar meetings, with Jim Semivan taking a direct interest in Tom Delonge’s projects. “We need at least $20 million,” someone said, including funds for computer work.

Interesting book good art https://archive.org/details/merritt-a.-t...lycus-0152
Quote:The Ship of Ishtar is a 1924 fantasy novel by A. Merritt, serialized in Argosy-All-Story Weekly and later published in book form. The story follows John Kenton, a wealthy archaeologist disillusioned by World War I, who discovers a magical stone containing a toy ship that transports him to an ancient Mesopotamian realm. There, he becomes entangled in the cosmic struggle between the goddess Ishtar (love) and the god Nergal (death), symbolized by the divided ship itself
Quote:"The author uses evocative language and intense images to convey a sense of the marvelous and mysterious. It is Kenton's fate to intervene in the frozen cosmic struggle between Ishtar and Nergal, to fall in love with Sharane, and to gain Klaneth as his mortal enemy. The book builds tension through the device of letting Kenton's tie to the ship periodically become so weak that he falls back, unwilling, to his New York home. Kenton's tenuous psychic connection to the ship represents the reader's involvement in the fantasy. At any moment the ship may fade from reality, and both Kenton and the reader will be imprisoned in the mundane world of the everyday."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A._Merritt
Quote:Merritt was a major influence on H. P. Lovecraft and Richard Shaver, and highly esteemed by his friend and frequent collaborator Hannes Bok, a science fiction illustrator. Karl Edward Wagner included Burn Witch Burn on his list of "The Thirteen Best Supernatural Horror Novels" in the May 1983 issue of The Twilight Zone Magazine.

"In Babylon red roses blow ,
All who list may kiss and wear them;
Wide to all their hearts they throw ,
Ev’ry vagrant wind may share them;
King or slave may be their lover ,
Any bee above them hover
Sipping from their lips the dew —
Roses — roses—wanton roses!
I am not like you!”

Honey sweet ivith heart of fire
Hides a white rose in a bower,
’Tis the rose of Heart’s Desire,
Only one may pluck its flower;
Bold and strong must be the lover
Who its wonder may uncover ,
Pass the wanton roses by —
Rose — rose—hidden rose!
Rose like you am I!”

Much to do, little time, write a little rhyme

Making progress faster than expected

Glass fixture exploded during mediation

Got some new leads

Chasing a demon again

still just calling everything demons

my reaction times is faster than it was 20 years ago

can stay 1 second ahead for 13min at a time without much effort, 1 second..can do longer hard to test

visual powers has improved dramatically, almost back to what I could do as a child. flipping through reading and writing pages in books, clicking around on computer screens, pushing buttons, going to the next screen and the next and the next...

I never keep journals or write anything down as practice

“They’ve found an ancient relic!” he snickered, bright as ever, as he exuded prolixity anew. I have remained close to Jack as he transcends and redefines what it means to be human. His paranormal experiences, long repressed, are coming out through his art, one by one.

I burned what I drew, looked at recent art, have to burn it also

When I pointed out I was bothered by Annie’s emphasis on Puharich, my friend responded: “The Puharich spin bothered me, too. But Annie’s intention in bookending him turned my confusion into respect for her brilliance. The way you write about your consternation is valid. She was almost too subtle. He was the progenitor of it all … without what he did, there would have been no DCI Helms in this story, no Ed Gregor, no Gottlieb, no Dave Boston, no Kress, no Peter Tompkins, man with the Bowie knife, D/DCI to later become Chair of Lockheed, no SRI program. Annie figured all that out.”

There was a grave incident on the Ranch. It seemed to be exactly what they’d feared: they interpret it as a direct beam attack. On March 5th, a staff member working on the security perimeter and the new gate was hit by what seems to be a narrow-band radiofrequency beam.

At sunset, the Ranch slides into the dying light of a dangerous orange sky. Then the land eagerly breathes its multiple mysteries where the Black troops of the western expeditions and their Masonic secrets meet the Navaho curses that unleashed the Skinwalkers— creatures like giant dogs that walk erect—that outrun patrol cars or sit pensively on piles of rocks, watching over cemeteries, like Anubis in High Egypt.

In Northern Utah the talk is still of mysterious injuries, orbs, and monsters, not flying saucers....

interesting find

https://thedepartinglandscape.blogspot.c...ufism.html

Henry Corbin’s book The Man of Light in Iranian Sufism is about the mystic’s journey on the spiritual path.  In Corbin’s words:  “It is the ascent out of cartographical dimensions; the discovery of the inner world, which secretes its own light, which is the world of light . . . an innerness of light as opposed to the spatiality of the outer world.”

In Corbin’s world of metaphor we enter into the light of angels; we enter into another kind of Darkness called by the mystics the “Night of light,” the “luminous Blackness” or the “black light.”  This other-worldly light is the light of the soul, the light of consciousness rising over the Darkness of the subconscious in which the divine Cloud of Unknowing gives birth to an interior burst of initiatic light -- the light of the “Midnight sun.”
