C/2026 A1: The Son-Grazer Prophecy Comet?
#1
Here comes either The Christ or the Antichrist... I think. Maybe. I'm definitely wondering a little bit now...

Getting kinda 'revelationy," not gonna lie.

So something's coming April 5th, other than nefarious egg hiding Ostera Hares.

Sungrazers are the comets that put on the best and brightest shows.

This one, just recently discovered in January, hits Perihelion on April 4th. Just a few days away..

If it survives it's close pass there may be a daytime comet in sky near the sun on April 5th. Easter Sunday.

"The Easter Comet" they call it.. you may wake up to see a new star in the sky for one day only.  Or it may get destroyed and you'll see nothing.

These "day comets" happen once every 35 years or so. But this is the only time it's ever coincided with Easter that I can find.

So if it happens, have fun with the doomsday eschatology and drawing the abstract pieces together. Because honestly, there's actually a lot going for it now.

And I really cant help but wonder what Trump will declare himself on this day.

Interesting share Thumbup

Hopefully it's just a nice celestial display.

At times I do get a sense there is or are large or heavy mass celestial objects in this region of the galactic neighborhood.

Is it possible they or it are/is pulling ancient debris this direction that is being witnessed as meteor activity?

Further how would global leadership act if some of them knew there was a risk of an E.L.E like event and they needed to go for or take all the resources to sustain themselves?

EA*RTH hasn't been in this galactic region since the Permian - Triassic geological periods were ending and beginning.  Around the Great Dying timeline...

The Permian–Triassic extinction event, or "The Great Dying," was Earth's most severe mass extinction, occurring about 252 million years ago, wiping out up to 96% of marine species and 70% of terrestrial animal species. It was likely triggered by massive volcanic eruptions in the Siberian Traps, which released enormous amounts of CO2, causing extreme global warming, ocean acidification, and anoxia (lack of oxygen). This event marked the boundary between the Permian and Triassic periods, paving the way for new life forms, including early dinosaurs, to emerge as ecosystems slowly recovered over millions of years.

CausesMassive Volcanism: The eruption of the Siberian Traps released vast quantities of greenhouse gases, primarily carbon dioxide, into the atmosphere.

Rapid Global Warming: This led to a dramatic increase in global temperatures (up to 10°C).

Oceanic Anoxia and Acidification: Warming waters held less oxygen, and increased CO2 acidified the oceans, devastating marine life.

Other Factors: Other contributing factors may have included methane release, sea-level changes, and increased aridity.

EffectsDevastating Biodiversity Loss: Nearly all life was impacted, with marine invertebrates, reptiles, and insects suffering immense losses.

Ecosystem Collapse: Forests died off, leading to desertification on land.

Slow Recovery: The recovery of complex ecosystems took millions of years, with "disaster taxa" like

Lystrosaurus dominating the early Triassic landscape.

Thinking further out the box.  Would be some advanced terraforming if some form of intelligence is involved...

Better the sun gets it than us. LOL

No, the Sun did not eat this comet. The tidal forces combined with the heat caused the comet to break apart and disintegrate quickly. No part of this comet is now part of the Sun. It is just a cloud of dust and gas drifting away from the Sun in the solar wind.

Too bad we did not actually get to see the breakup. It occured too close to the Sun to see.
I know too much and question everything.
Does anyone know the minimum safe distance of ignorance?
Did anyone ask the monkeys how much fun the barrel actually was?

Really!? No way!

Please don't eat up my comment with your ankle-biting semantics or anything...

But... okay...

"The comet was ripped apart by extreme tidal forces 6 hours from perihelion while within the sun's corona."

And you know I know the science of it all because I just used the science words.

Burp. ;)
