Do you mean dust from the Asteroid belt, Kuiper Belt, and let's not forget the Oort Cloud that we are enveloped in? I assume thats moving with us as well.

NGL it all has a Horton Hears a Who feel to it. We are nothing but a speck of dust surrounded by smaller specks of dust

The dust is anything that gets out of synk and smashes into the mechanism. There is an element of chayos but for the most part, those big rocks play nicely.
Does anyone know the minimum safe distance of ignorance?
