Probably because they bought off Alex Jones and also manipulated him many times. The Gay Frogs Incident was a way of discrediting Environmentalist Scientists who were exposing the fact that Sex Altering Chemicals in the water were creating Hermaphroditic Frogs which were capable breeding with themselves. 

I've also talked to intersex people born around military chemical leak sites and it seems the government may be preforming experiments involving the alteration of sexual development?
