The forum!

While I enjoyed ATS immensely, the layout and forum software was atrocious.  I'm so glad Deny Ignorance is using proper forum software!

It just feels more straight forward to use in my opinion.  That's all I wanted to say.  Smilegrin
And I'm gone.... Like a crack in the past....

The ATS forum interface was constantly in flux...

I imagine it wold have settled into some order eventually.

But now that this is home... I'm kind of liking it myself!

I had a difficulty adapting to DI after ATS, but now that the learning curve has come full circle, I feel quite happy with this format.   There is a lot about coding and such that many of you are competent in and of which I remain oblivious.

May I ask what software is behind the forum?  I've had a lot of experience with VBulletin and another major (and costly) forum software which I can't remember the name of.

I had a survivalist forum back in the day.  I was not good at backing up the MySQL lol.  But I'm really digging this forum, it's scratched an itch I've had for a few years now. A real forum discussing interesting topics with a "chit-chat" section for friendly chat.

10/10 would get paranoid again.
And I'm gone.... Like a crack in the past....
