edit: incubate it for a couple of days, with divine energy making the shell and raw earth energy on the inside.  Then flip the energy after a couple of days and it opens up like a flower.
edit: had migraine when I did this and just focused that into the meditation, i could feel it move to the center of my head, and then wham light and this stuff. Pain gone. I feel great.

1. Global Energy Framework & Ancient Traditions Timeline
Prehistoric Era (50,000 BCE – 4000 BCE)
  • 50,000 BCE: Evidence of early shamanic practices and animistic belief systems. Ritual sites like caves show connection to earth energies and cosmic cycles.
  • 12,000 BCE: Göbekli Tepe (Turkey) – Oldest known ceremonial site, possibly aligned with celestial patterns. Suggestive of energy grid awareness.
  • 10,000 BCE – 8000 BCE: Transition to agricultural societies; megalithic structures (proto-Stonehenge-like circles) begin appearing in Europe and Africa.
  • 5000 BCE: Early Vedic traditions in the Indus Valley describe dual energy currents through the human body and cosmos (precursors to Ida and Pingala in Hinduism).
  • 4000 BCE: Ancient Chinese cosmology develops concepts of Yin and Yang, representing dual energetic principles of balance and flow.
Ancient Civilizations (4000 BCE – 500 CE)
