I was on my deck my watching it. I live in Minnesota and it was amazing. "northern lights" are fairly common where I live so I thought it was just going to be a dim normal one, boy was I wrong.

I'm so jealous....
I live in a place which seems to never get the sight of the Aurora... it's either cloudy or too far south.... Grrrr....

Didn't help me... I'm on one of those bizarre sleep disorder journeys.... went out at 2/3/4/5 scanning the sky, but nope. I guess the light show will always be "over the horizon" for me....
