I heard they were seen as far south as Florida!  Wow!  That’s one hell of a solar storm…

I was on my deck my watching it. I live in Minnesota and it was amazing. "northern lights" are fairly common where I live so I thought it was just going to be a dim normal one, boy was I wrong.

Nature is awesome!

I live in a place which seems to never get the sight of the Aurora...

it's either cloudy or too far south....

Me too so last night I had clear skies, which seems to never happen!, and no aurora borealis. I wonder if I have to stay up until 3 a.m. or something?

Didn't help me... I'm on one of those bizarre sleep disorder journeys.... went out at 2/3/4/5 scanning the
sky, but nope.

I guess the light show will always be "over the horizon" for me....

I'm getting desperate to see the Northern Lights even going as far as to look at and thinking of booking a Northern Lights Viewing Tour where I'd have to stay in an igloo and stay up all night to see it. But I'll try gain tonight. Never give up, never surrender.

Gorgeous thanks for sharing.
We went out on our evening walk and didn't know about it. Then I saw while looking for stars, the large red haze. It got clearer as I focussed and then I could see the hint of green.
A very beautiful unexpected surprise :)

I don’t know where from exactly, but almost above the tree line. So very far north.!!
