She asked him to do a presentation about his mRNA technology at the Grand Challenges that was to be held in [October 2018]. He was somewhat confused because he was not in the infectious disease side of business, but rather individualized cancer treatments, of which he had only conducted a handful of cases..

He did the speech and had the opportunity to rub shoulders with the WHO director Tedros and Angela Merkel.

Page 25 "Later that afternoon, however, Ugur found himself in a stuffy hotel room, making his case, with the world's biggest philanthropist."

He proceeded to teach Billy that the human body could be hacked.

Here's where it gets interesting-
"But the billionaire's burning question was whether Ugur's team had given much thought to infectious diseases. Was there potential, he wondered allowed, to develop mRNA- based drugs, in record speed, during a pandemic?

Page 26- "Ugur might want to consider preparing a "plug-and play" solution for that moment, Gates said with some urgency."

I find it very significant that this is on pages 23, 25, & 26.
No doubt he wants something else deployed in the year 2025- 2026.

There are big problems with these doctors -future proves past.
Cocaine- smoking and now vaccines. They can't seem to be able to break out of the matrix of their  ideology.

I'm interested most in how these 'fringes of evidence collected' will figure in future supposition and characterizations... 

I recall once hearing the tid-bit about an actor in the Whitehouse... but it was Regan.
