This is going to cover the CDC Foundation and the Foundation for the NIH.

Robert Malone had personal experience with how the CDC foundation operated. Everything. is. broken.

He was working for the AERAS Global TB Vaccine Foundation. "AERAS was one of the first wave of 'Gatlets', the non profit companies set up to receive 'donations' from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation so that the BMGF could get the tax benefits of donating to non profit organizations.

AERAS CEO was Jerry Sadoff who had previously worked at Merk. He brought his knowledge and training manuals with him and proceeded to teach the Gates Foundation in "industry best practices."

An undisclosed individual had previously worked at the CDC in the TB department and had retained good contacts.

They were trying to get funding from the CDC, and they needed more so that they could fund full time employees. The first proposal was rejected and apparently they were only permitted two attempts. So they recruited Malone to help write the proposal.
They had funding from the Gates Foundation to develop the TB vaccines.

Here's the scam-

AERAS  would donate money to the CDC Foundation to fund the desired additional TB researchers at the CDC. And the quid pro quo was to be that the CDC would 'solicit" a proposal from a qualified TB vaccine innovator (written so that only AERAS would qualify) for clinical research site development.

The CDC Foundation, approved by Congress, "actually allows private entities to influence public health policy. In the precise way that it was not supposed to work. Just like the Foundation for the NIH, which funneled Pharma money into the Covid "ACTIV" clinical trials during Covid."

"The Foundation for the CDC and the Foundation for the NIH, which runs clinical trials and studies for their respective organizations (while their boards are made up of pharma industry executives and employees) must be decommissioned. They are intentionally using these organizations to bypass federal laws concerning exertion of undue influence on federal decision making."

This is really bad.

I'm trying to understand how the people at the FDA can possibly believe that this is okay. No wonder Kennedy has such a big problems.

"Regulators receive funding from industry and use industry-funded and performed trials to approve dugs. In most cases, the FDA regulators do not review the raw data."

No independent testing?

It's even worse if that is possible.

"Regulators must be freed from drug company funding. This includes the FDA funding which must come directly from the government, as opposed to pharma fees."

I've covered this before but it's good to review- How they had ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine removed as a treatment and instead pushed on with the experimental jabs.

What they did was "create preclinical and clinical studies designed to fail. By choosing the wrong dose amount, start date, end date, or length of treatment, studies can be easily designed to produce negative results.  

All indications are that these efforts by the U.S, government and their contracted academics was to dissuade early treatment to either strengthen the EUA for the experimental vaccine still under development. Once the experimental vaccine had EUA approval, these propaganda techniques were used to decrease vaccine hesitancy."

He really goes all out-

"Over the years it mutated from a readiness-and-response force into a sprawling bureaucracy dabbling in every health issue, often duplicating work already done by other agencies of HHS."

No wonder the CDC is a mess. "Fewer than 1 in 10 are epidemiologists." 

He really tears into the Biden health equity and pregnant "people" mission drift. He evens drags into the spotlight the terrifying concept of vaccine injuries.

He mentions that they have taken steps to eliminate conflicts of interest; somehow I don't believe he has rooted it all out because it is littered everywhere.

The CDC & NIH Foundation are 501[c][3] non profits and Kennedy does not have control over them. They are a big pharma hang-out.

  It appears that California, Washington and Oregon are going to establish their own Vaccine schedule, under the story that the CDC has become political. I can't help but notice those states spell COW- Billy's most hated animal.

We now have the American Pediatric Association also making up their own vaccine schedule, which differs from what the FDA has recommended.

This is indeed some high level psyops. People are going to be so confused.  Maybe that's the point- to create even more vaccine hesitancy.

Just some thinking outside the box, say the "COW" does stick with all the childhood jabs along with keeping the Covid mRNA jabs on the vaccine schedule. Vaccine injuries will need to be reported to the CDC, who in turn will report it in real time. I imagine they will keep records on geographic locations. and COW might have statistically significant increase in jab injuries. People will want to receive compensation for these injuries so I would imagine they will report.

Reading over this, what bothers me is that the CDC does not verify the vaccine injury reporting.

This "secret" advisory group advises Tedros or whoever is filling the position when to declare a pandemic.

This is really bad.

Psychological bioterrorism at it's best.
Physicians, corporations and politicians amplify "FEAR" of whatever flavor pathogen they want to deploy so that they can sell drugs, vaccines and nutritional supplements.

Corporate media also wants in on the action- because FEAR sells.

Then there are those in academia like scientists and DRS who use FEAR to promote their careers.
