Grassley-
https://www.judiciary.senate.gov/press/r...estigation https://x.com/ChuckGrassley/status/19509...gr%5Etweet Since this deals with Comey and the FBI investigation in the Clinton e-mails. It's interesting this is coming out just after we have been reviewing Comey's book "A Higher Loyalty." What struck me was that he acknowledged that there were 36 email chains that were deemed by the FBI that could cause serious damaged to national security and 8 that were exceptionally grave, but instead he directed the team to focus on whether she "knew" what she was doing.

Today I'm reviewing chapter 14 The Cloud, starting on page 245.
President Trump had Mike Flynn resign February 13th and the following day he reached out to Comey. He said that Flynn had to leave because he had mislead Pence. Comey, snake in the grass, was writing up memos of all of his conversations with Trump. Pence was at the center of this. "Pence went on TV to deny Flynn had talked about sanctions with the Russians. Pence said he knew this because he had talked to Flynn. On January 24, as part of our continuing investigation of Russian influence efforts, I dispatched two agents to the White House to interview Flynn about his conversation with the Russians. He lied to the agents, denying that he had discussed the very topics he had talked about in detail with the Russian ambassador." For someone who has been so specific in the book, in this case he doesn't enlighten the reader as to exactly what lie was made. President Trump said that Flynn had not done anything wrong by speaking with the Russians. According to Comey, Trump stated "I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go. He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go." This being Comey-"At the time, I had understood the president to be requesting that we drop any investigation of Flynn in connection with false statements about his conversation with the Russian ambassador in December." But he did not stop the "broader investigation into Russia or possible links to his campaign." He could have spoken with the president and asked for clarification but instead said nothing. "I did not say I would "let this go." Instead he only said "that he is a good guy." This next part is significant so I'll break it down.

During this conversation between President Trump and Comey, Trump brought up his concerns with the constant leaking of classified information. In fact a great deal of concern and "He then urged me to talk to Attorney General Sessions about ways to be more aggressive in making cases against leakers of classified information."
Then the Flynn case was discussed. Comey prepared another memo- "I prepared an UNCLASSIFIED memo of the conversation about Flynn and discussed the matter with FBI senior leadership, including Deputy Director McCabe..." By this point in time Comey had made multiple memos. "I knew I would need to remember these conversations both because of their content and because I knew I was dealing with Donald Trump. I knew I would need to remember these conversations both because of their content and because I knew I was dealing with a chief executive who might well lie about them." He made 2 copies of each, one copy he retained at his home in a safe. I can't help but notice that when he wrote about Obama he called him President Obama. Page 210. The senior FBI team concluded- * "We also concluded that, given that it is a one-on-one conversation, there was no way to corroborate my account."

March 1- Comey was about to get on a helicopter when he received a call from President Trump.
![]() "He came on the line to say he was calling "just to see how you're doing." I replied I was fine and had a lot going on." "On March 30, Trump called me at the FBI to describe the Russian investigation as "a cloud" that was impairing his ability to act on behalf of the country." Comey of course wanted to drag this out as long as possible. Comey did the exact opposite as to what he had done with Clinton. President Trump was very concerned and wanted to know why there was a congressional hearing about Russia the previous week. At this meeting Comey confirmed the FBI investigation into possible coordination between Russia and the Trump campaign. He reassured Trump that he had made it clear that they were not personally investigating him. Trump-"We need to get that fact out." Also the conversation touched on Andrew McCabe and his wife. Comey just dismissed this as usual. Right after this call he reached out to Acting Deputy Attorney General Dana Boente to report the president's request to lift the cloud of the Russia investigation. [Sessions had recused himself because of Russia, Russia, Russia]. Specifically, that President Trump was not under personal investigation. Two weeks passed and Trump called again. Comey, no follow up the entire time. Boente had done nothing "Oh, God, I was hoping that would just go away."

![]() May 9, 2017 Comey attended a Diversity Agent Recruiting event in LA. Before the event he dropped into the FBI field office. ![]() It appears that the FBI office leadership had done something sooo thoughtful. They had brought everyone to the command center including the staff in the communications room and the cleaning staff. He began to address them at 2 P.M. LA time, 5 P.M. DC time. Behind all of the employees were TV screens- He started speaking about the change in the new mission statement. "I expected everyone to realize . . .< 3 DOTS. ![]() "The message on the screens now changed. Across three screens, displaying three different news stations, I now saw the same words: COMEY RESIGNS in large letters." "Somebody put a lot of work into that one." I continued my thought."There are no support employees in the FBI. I expect . . . The message had changed. ![]() COMEY FIRED

One can only imagine how shocked he was.
![]() They discovered that there was a White House employee trying to deliver a letter to him from the president at his DC office. Meanwhile his wife and children were watching this on TV. His assistant, Althea James , sent him a copy of the letter. He was fired effective immediately. Now the question, how to return home. The decision was made to return him in the FBI plane and as they drove to the airport helicopters were in pursuit. The helicopters broadcast their plan's taxi and liftoff. It must have been so humiliating. Meanwhile President Trump was watching all of this and saw Comey get on the FBI plane. ![]() McCabe had authorized it since they were returning to DC anyway. "The president exploded. He ordered that I was not to be allowed back on FBI property again, ever. My former staff boxed up my belongings as if I died and delivered them to my home. the order kept me from seeing and offering some measure of closure to the people of the FBI..."

President Trump is master class.
May 12 President Trump tweeted a warning to me and his 39 million followers: "James Comey better hope there are no 'tapes' of our conversation before he starts leaking to the press." A couple of posts earlier I pointed out that the Flynn memo was UNCLASSIFIED. Comey had a copy of the memo and now he was a private citizen. "I decided that I would prompt a media story by revealing the president's February 14 direction that I was to drop the Flynn investigation. That might force the Department of Justice to appoint a special prosecutor. He then contacted a good friend at Columbia Law School, Dan Richman, with a request to share the substance of the memo [not the memo itself] with a reporter. Comey's reasoning was that he didn't want to have to answer follow-up questions. Right. Shortly after Robert Mueller was given the authority to investigate any coordination between the Russian government and the Trump campaign and any related matters. "On June 8, 2017 I testified publicly before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, which wanted to hear about my interactions with president Trump. For whatever reason, the president had only increased people's interest in my perspectives." This being Comey, he had been deprived of the opportunity to speak to the FBI employees. He decided to write an account and submit it in advance and then used his time in person to address his former employees. He ends on page 274 after his address- "AND, Senators, I look forward to your questions." His book is swimming in "AND" at the beginning of sentences , with JOY leaping about.

Robert Mueller was the one oddity, instead of serving 10 years as FBI Director he served 12. I am harboring suspicions that there was a little matter of timing because they needed Comey to be in place during President Trump's presidency just in case and provide cover for Clinton and her e-mails.
There's a little matter of [17]. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Mueller May 17, 2017 Mueller was appointed by Rod Rosenstein as special counsel overseeing an investigation of Russian Interference in the 2016 presidential election. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Director_o...estigation James Comey was made Director of the FBI June 21, 2013. I may be somewhat repetitive here but circling back to the two Billy the Gates books "Disease X" Chapter 1 begins on page 21. "How to Prevent the Next Pandemic" the Introduction ends on page 21. "War of the Worlds" Chapter 5 beings on page 21. Also I notice Mueller 's 12 years and Comey's appointment June 21. 12<>21. After reading this book by Comey with its 14 chapters; he was fired May 9 [14] leaving 22 days. I'm certain that the date was selected to point out the 22 connection. Chapter 1 in the plandemic manual begins on page 22. What I find stunning is that Comey knew about the torture program, the CIA involvement, he has documented how VP Cheney and Bush removed key people so that they could continue this but he said nothing. Obviously he didn't have their level of power. He knew the extreme danger that Clinton did to our National Security and instead of working to uncover it he helped with "the Plan". Maybe page 37, which has a line at the bottom of the page, helps to explain- He was an outsider and was the subject of a lot of bullying. "Those years of bullying added up, minor indignity after indignity, making clear the consequences of power. Others had power, like the bullies at school, and they found it easier to wield it against those who were defenseless, and to just go along with the group rather than stand up to it. I learned this lesson too, in one of the great early mistakes in my life." Page 38- In 1978 he attended the College of William & Mary and by gosh he was among 17 freshman boys living in ..." i haven't brought up recently the most horrible read. Scott Gottlieb and his "Uncontrolled Spread" which just happens to have chapter 1 starting on page 14. Page 22 in Birx book "Silent Invasion" On January 14, when the WHO had tweeted about the limited possibility of human-to-human transmission... On January 14, we also learned that the incubation period for the virus could be as long as 14 days." The first page of chapter 1 has 22 lines. Warp Speed by Paul Mango- The last page of chapter 1 is #22. Can you imagine how strangely the first page of each chapter is set up. The title is at the top right but then the first line starts after 21 blank lines. It looks really weird, leaving only enough room for 9 lines. |
