Number of justices aren’t outlined in the constitution… but starting this slippery slope would just mean every new admin would load the bench, and the court would lose all meaning. Other than that, there isn’t anything he can do. Its separation of powers. Congress makes the laws, SCOTUS interprets the laws and constitution. I think the more he fights back on this, the worse it looks. He’s upset the constitution is blocking him, and a republican leaning court overturned his appeal. The tariffs were deemed unconstitutional by lower courts and upheld by the Supreme Court. Pretty cut and dry.

What happens in the future .... he continues to test the limits of his power as every POTUS does and he'll come up with some other way to try to get his agenda done. It'll go on for a while. It will be challenged. And then we'll see what the ruling is on the next thing.

If the SCOTUS ruled that the tariffs are illegal (for the most part), then the money collected by those tariffs should be considered "stolen".
Full restitution should be required! "Justice delayed is Justice Denied".

Nothing that has to do with the law. He'll probably go on for a long while. Interrupted Young and Restless with a special news bulletin. UGH!
