The Straits of Hormuz is potentially in play now for the Iran War.
Several hours ago a photo appeared showing a fire far off late at night.
Details are a little sketchy at the moment, but apparently it was a collision between 'The Adalynn', flagged out of Antigua Barbuda Marine Traffic Link and 'Front Eagle' out of Hong Kong Marine Traffic Link
The Adalynn is on fire with significant damage. as seen in the photo below.
There's been reports of GPS jamming in the narrow naval lanes in the last day or so: Multiple Vessels Report GPS Disruption in Strait of Hormuz , described as: ''disruptions lasted several hours, affected navigation systems, and required vessels to rely on traditional methods of navigation. '' so it makes sense that in the dark of night there's potential for it to happen.
But, there's an interesting video showing the path of the ships and it appears like the Front Eagle did a relatively sharp turn starboard and deliberately hit the Adalynn. Yes, there's the possibility that some freak navigation mishap occurred - but it seems far more likely it was hacked and remotely controlled.
