I ran across this news reported .... and I may have missed the usual media frenzy about the "horrors" of Nuclear science...
Talen Energy reports automatic shutdown at Luzerne County nuclear power plant
A report of a Pennsylvania Nuclear reactor which was forced into a SCRAM condition when a hydrogen explosion occurred.
But first...
The linked source includes a facebook posted video... not very long... which will give you a "feel" for the kind of "explosion" we are looking at.
Pretty scary...
But the system worked... (all except the hydrogen tank refilling part.)
Actually this is anti-scary....
