been making hella salsa

sup internet user

10 roma tomats
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauzz
3 serrano peppers
1/4th onion
1/8th cup crushed tomat

put that in a blender
hit pulse.

only put like a quater of it in at a time and pulse

add some salt to your level of liking blend again

enjoy.

Nice! If you really want to kick it up, add a tablespoon or two of vinegar.
I can some now and again and make salsa verde with tomatillos as well!

Kick that up a notch with cilantro. My ex wifes mom makes the best salsa on the planet - the only thing she does well….

I’m going to call my daughter and try to get the recipe.

you could add tomatillo and or avacado to the above

3 different salsa verde

can boil the stuff
pan sear it
use a blow torch

or take tomatillos and then add guajillos and arbdols 

fuck giving money to Big Salsa who then make it taste like shit and add the goyslop chems

So many bad salsa out there.

I like making my own.  But I have to add cilantro and make a small batch with ghost peppers and a little bit of peaches.

Seriously something wrong with the hubby.
Maybe he just burnt up his tastebuds long ago?

You guys are missing the most important ingredient....


Fresh Cilantro.

In a blender..

12 fresh tomatoes (seeds removed)
1 fresh jalapeno
1/2 of a small onion
2 tablespoons fresh ciliantro (or a nice, healthy pinch)
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
juice of 1 fresh lime
