Safe town?

There is another culture here in this country that since the 60's, has been nothing but a drain on our society.  Entire generations of people that marry the social-benefits system, never work, produce nothing, contribute nothing (except crime) yet once they raise their voice, cause people to pause and get scared.    Nothing is EVER talked about in regards to this.

The generational recipients are more often than not been through severe trauma. I was once in a domestic violence shelter and it was heartbreaking to learn what these kids went through. Then it is very hard for them to find therapists because many therapists won’t take their insurance.

The shelter I was in was not state or federally funded, it was entirely non profit paid for. I also have worked in a few schools and can recognize traumatized children quite easily, and what I witnessed were a bunch of heartless teachers make insulting comments about these kids not having a father! Like really bish, blame the child smh. So what you then have is a child who acts out, gets bullied, ends up hanging with the wrong crowd and possibly juvie/jail, sometimes for just missing school. Now no one will hire them, what are they supposed to do?

Sadly, the kids fall throw the cracks and don’t get the help they need. Yet I hear we need to have more babies!

We need to have more compassion for children and think about their futures, and get more trade training programs imo.

Maybe some people like being lifers on the system, but I’ll bet they’d rather have a decent job and a home of their own. Or at least most of them!

I did have one neighbor in AZ who recommended to their children to start having kids for more benefits. I know this because their daughter hung out with my son, and she was sad because she told us she wanted to go to college. She was 8 yrs old. The family disappeared in tge middle of the night. I still think about her and hope she got her dream ?
In tune
