I have also lived in a border state, AZ to be exact. In a really safe neighborhood, but one town away they were finding heads in dumpsters, and this was back in 2007
Just because you don’t see crime, doesn’t mean there isn’t an underworld of fentanyl /cocaine, meth, human trafficking.
I have actually met a few cartel members, and trust me they don’t FA.
