Two key words in that reply Sirius and they are 'psychologically' and 'psychically'.

I can easily accept psychologically but psychically is a term you would need to define.

I do agree with the taking drugs analogy.

Everyone talking about something means nothing at all. People talk about all sorts of mad stuff as if it's real.

The definition can be found in the arts and you will need to learn them yourself through science and opening up your heart...

I am asking in what context are you using that word regarding your reply to me and the topic.

I don't need to open up my heart or study any art. You used the word, I assume you know what you meant or intended. You seek to deflect.

Yes I seek to deflect and also not just ignore you and stay on topic somehow, I gave you the best answer I could. One of the reasons you see vague posts on this topic from everyone is that it is personal. It's literal mental stuff..appreciate the talk.

I appreciate your honesty Sirius. I am always upfront and that's all I ever ask from people in return.

I know I push and ask difficult questions but I think that's a good thing.

Thank you.

Some people wear underwear some don't, such is the way. There may be many reasons why and of course we are brought up in a culture where we are conditioned (for want of a better word) to do so.

I never comment on lucid dreaming. It sounds like it is what it is! Astral projection might need something a little more tangible to support it as a real thing. So I question it and people react defensively lol.

I can be honest to a fault! I occasionally ponder why.

I mentioned lucid dreaming since the nature of dreams cannot be found in these moments that could be termed 'astral' travelling. OOBE is seemingly accurate though. The landscape, faces and theme consistently change within dreams. You also cannot read in dreams, anyone who's tried whilst lucidly dreaming will find the words jumbled or even dancing about. You'll soon wake up if you don't knock it off. Non of that's true when 'astral dreaming' and the details of things mirror what was true moments before whilst being awake. The folds of the bedding, the length of your hair, that hole in your old sweatshirt etc.

I shared an experience on ATS where I had one of these moments after sleep but before waking, I stared into the eyes of a spider for a while until it started descending, I awoke to a spider landing on the chair near me. That's the closest to evidence I've gotten personally that it isn't simply imagination. But for you that's going to be as subjective as any claim you cannot necessarily repeat or replicate yourself.

My opinion is it's random stuff and doesn't necessarily mean anything, I've been wrong though! :)

I'd try experimenting, like playing cups with myself or name the item at a destination I know I could visit. Far as I can tell though it's completely random. I don't know much about Hinduism but the bits I do kinda say I'd never be interested in experimenting in those experiences anyway. It would be counterintuitive to why I'm there in the first place I'd imagine.

Every time I think about those experiences I get the strong sense I'd be highly entertained just watching paint dry or the water in a cup vibrate as cars pass by in the street.

You don't help with your questions, you block things and stop others from coming and begin open.

Asking questions isn't blocking things. All that's required is an honest reply. If that isn't forthcoming then there is something wrong.

Thanks for that Ray. I appreciate the lengthy reply!

I have never been able to go OOBE randomly, without trying, unless it was someone else helping me out.  My dad after he passed on , stuck around the Earth area for a good half a year. In that time he was kind enough to pull me out of my body 2 or 3 times. I was very thankful.

Ever since I lost some hearing in my left ear, I think it really stops the vibrations from starting , easily :(
I can still scry/skry, and use astral sight, but a full projection is very difficult for me, unfortunately.

Anyone want to pull me out? Just focus on my energy next time you are out and we can do some travelling!
Happy Moon-day everyone.
