While the CIC can't really be 'court martialed', he can be impeached and removed from office, and candidly the whole democratic party should be subjected to the same treatment.  They should be removed from office, tried, convicted, and imprisoned for war crimes and/or treason against the US and the west.

Yeah that's never gonna happen...

Biden has already 'impeached himself' due to mental affliction.  He could never be tried... due to mental affliction.  The Democrat party is primarily one of "appearances"... the cabal behind it is pretty much immune... although it's supremely trusting to assume the Republican party isn't largely equivalent in its status as "beholden" to non-elected leadership.

I will say again that wildly stupid thing... Both parties should be utterly abolished, "career" politicians should be forced to "reform" (there's a pun in there.)  I mean they should establish "new" party structure without he cabal of the duopoly controlling the conversation (after all, they are all completely owned by  the Bank, 'elite' b/s, and some bizarre 'frat house' mentality.)  But that is off-topic, so I apologize.

On topic, I fail to understand why they bother to 'declare' this or that 'leader' dead and gone, as if that changed the landscape of the confrontation at all... Interestingly, whether this man is dead or not, nothing 'changed.'  This is a 'morale' thing?  I'm not sure the people who will hoot and holler needed a moral boost... and the rest are just desperate for this whole thing to end.
