They're going to nick your house (eminent domain).
An incredibly small percentage of people are going to do that. They're also going to steal everyone's savings and think you're too stupid to notice. This is what they are going to do.

Then after that, we have had 3 sections 33(no fault evictions) in the past decade where we have had to pack up and move house. Yes, people as a group are quite stupid. But the ones that aren't that stupid are worse. The ones that are situationally unaware but are not totally stupid, those do the most damage.
Now the ignorant, that is an entirely different beast. At least they can learn. I know too much and question everything.
