Huh that article shows a little bubble and says there's 176 comments

but when I click on them or at the bottom of the article to see them it just disappears and they don't show up does it work for any one else? I see this alot for example on the telegraph and many newspapers as the yahoo news that this is, is it my browser perhaps they only work on a phone? You see that more and more.
Although on second thought eew perhaps I wouldn't want to read them anyway.
