An American President will deride some lone perpetrator of some atrocity or another, while the people of the US will completely ignore the million plus US citizens who died under the watch of that same President, who denied and actively interfered with efforts to protect the US from the disease.
Oh, and the economy, that recovered after the last President patched it up, will for some reason, slowly tank once again?
Meanwhile, the popularity of far-right political parties around the world that rode to power on the paranoia instigated under that President's 2015-16 campaign, will fall sharply after the public realizes that all the Qonspiracies are bunk, and the bad guys are really these new Nazis.
