New global monetary system

I try my best to adhere to dispassion... although that is a path, not a destination.

But more to the point, I have suspected the entire "government" vs. middle class narrative for a while now.
I don't mean to detract from the topic, but the global monetary system... the consolidation of the economic 'reigns' to a single global supranational authority... with absolutely nothing between them and "us" but the political class?

That doesn't sound like something one could ever pay enough attention to.

To deny the hatred is a valuable moral tool... to refuse the angst and interpersonal grief is a sign of focus...

If it is not there....then why is every single "publicly produced for consumption" product of the media amplifying hatred and division of sentiment?   Not exploring it mind you, just amplifying it?

There is no "press."  And worse still.... they give us "the appearance" of press.  Whose dance every one participates in... pretending it's "reporting."

What has everyone been saying here on DI all along? Divide and conquer. Keep the masses busy hating and fighting with each other so they don't look over here at what we are really doing behind the scenes.

I've said for years -- the "natural" progression is Globalization.

Not "IF" -- but "When -- Who -- How.

Electronic money is an illusion -- who controls it?

Exactly, when, who and how? Or perhaps isolation for the USA and globalization for everyone else (?) I hope Cali's extreme weather didn't affect you much.

So, with 5 years in mind, instead of paying off a bill, where do I invest my Christmas bonus ?

I don't know..
Food, water, ammo, emergency supplies...?

I mean
yea, I'm holding crypto and a little gold & silver
But in the end, isn't it all just a rigged game?

Yes, exactly!

I'm OK.  I'm in high desert over 3,000 feet elevation. My house sits by itself on top of a hill.

The winds were bad but no real damage.  The dirt roads?  Like driving an obstacle course.  But I'll take that over black ice  Smilegrin

I personally have never understood Gold & Diamonds over food & water.

The values people put on things makes no sense.

Hell man, you were the one who motivated me to watch and pay attention to crypto this year

Do I have to subscribe to your podcast to get the inside scoop?

Besides, Ive got my bugout bag at the ready during COVID

It's too late to buy silver now, it has likely plateaued for a while

But until the shit hits the fan, there are other investments to be made and money to be made or lost.  Yes?

For example, most crypto was way up 6 months ago. A savvy crypto holder could have sold back then and a half year later bought those previous holdings back and either invest or pocket the extra.

Yes Bitcoin hit an ath of $126,000 a few months ago
I could have sold & taken profit
But I'm HODL instead because I feel the bull run hasn't started yet

See what happens in 2026

YES, but the looming digital switch over, certainly, there would have to be some bargain prices currently on cryptocurrencies and stable coins

TRON, XLM, and Cardano come to mind. Couldn't these and others explode in a switchover, or should I just get a microfraction of Bitcoin
