Yes, very weird, but I sense the video has been sped up.
For comparison, here's a crappy night-time video of a helicopter coming in to land.
If it were a chopper, I'm having difficulty seeing the blinking navigation lights.

FWIW I keep hearing speculations the drones are ours military and or intelligence and they are searching for chemical, radiation, or high explosives.
