it’s rocking trying to get out of tree. Watch the video, picture doesn’t do justice to how weird this is.

This is further down in the same X thread... looks like a balloon. Those filming it were probably pointing a powerful flashlight at it, so it looks like it's emitting light, but it's reflected instead.

The strange thing is that I can't find Matt Wallace's post in his feed.

The man in NJ who shot and hit the drone with a 9MM was charaged with the damages to said drone. meaning they are ours. (10K) They belong to us, thats why we'll never take them down. The man in Jersey also said a wire or cable came out of the drone before he shot it. meaning it was either dumping something, or sniffing. He was working on his pool at the time, so I assume the drone detected the pool chemicals. These things are looking for something. thats my hunch.

Thats what I thought yesterday seeing the picture, but did you watch the video? 

those balls/orbs/whatever in the center are wiggling moving the drone. Almost looks organic.

For these not being planes, laser events reported by pilots have skyrocketed. Reports over New Jersey are up over 300% over last year.

I’m sure 99% is planes/helicopters. Thats 99% of what’s being posted on Twitter.

i’ve not seen anything yet that displays the so called "6 observables" which would make anything shown a real UAP/UFO.

sheriffs are reporting some interesting things like they some can fly away faster than they can follow and not show on thermal.

i’m guessing these are military drones.

That seems to be the current zeitgeist on UFOs. 

I’m leaning more to deep water species that are wisely avoiding us. Or time travelers, as they seem to show up at interesting historical moments.
