He is paying other people to play for him and then comes later and pretends it's him. These games are competitive and difficult so people try hard. He made a fool of himself because it's obvious to anyone that has played the game.

Getting a chopper ride to the finish line in the marathon and then claiming you ran it all is not cool.

It's all kind of of weird to be honest, no idea how he thought he could fool the POE community. They are super competitive. Now it's news all over the gaming community.

To figure out why he would do that, we would need to understand how unfathomable amounts of money and power with 'yes' people at your beckon call affects the psyche. Since most billionaires aren't studying the psychiatric sciences, so as to be able to give us a glimpse in the corruption and/or alteration of one's realities in that position in life, we have to try to figure it ourselves through observation, what we already know within the psychiatric sciences, historical lessons, and common sense.

I think Elon is in for a rude awakening, or not, when people in the real world don't react as he expects.

I commend Elon for making his inventions/dreams a reality and his rockets might be big, but they also perform extremely well.

Where he fails is getting into choppy waters, other than tech, without a lifesaver (yes men and women) and not knowing how to swim.
